Accident prevention, safeguarding employee health and environmental protection are an integral part of ZAM MIX's business philosophy. It is company policy that all operations are safe for personnel, communities and the environment. All employees must comply with the policy which is used to ensure health and safety arrangements are clear, implemented and constantly reviewed. ZAM MIX expects documented plans to be developed throughout the business detailing health and safety targets, which are formally monitored, to ensure they deliver continuous improvements.

In ZAM MIX we believe that safety always comes first. The safety of our equipment, facilities and (most importantly) employees and visitors is of the utmost importance to us. We constantly review our process and procedures and continually raise our standards. Every employee undergoes a rigorous Health and Safety crash course upon joining and we continually provide mandatory refresher courses. Furthermore, all our factory workers, particularly site managers, undergo the strictest of training and continual education in Health and Safety procedures. We are proud to say that all ZAM MIX site managers are the first in the Kingdom to be OSHA certified, among other certifications. ZAM MIX's main goal is to have "ZERO" accidents! All ZAM MIX's employees are respected as ZAM MIX's most valued assets. ZAM MIX will strive to continually provide all employees with the Safety & Health knowledge, tools and environment needed to have a safe, healthy and productive life.

Fully documented quality control processes and procedures form an integral part of the Quality Management System at ZAM MIX. We are proud of our reputation for having what are, arguably, the most stringent testing programs conducted in our industry

ZAM MIX employs the services of independent test agencies on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the requirements of specifying authorities and to provide a comparative assessment of the company's own testing accuracy. The independent testing agencies' findings and test results are made available to clients and consultants upon request.

Area laboratories are located at the main commercial stations in each of our concrete stations. In addition to providing an extended range of testing, area laboratories conduct statistical analysis of local test results, issue monthly reports to ZAM MIX's management, and render technical assistance to the local commercial and on-site factories. All report to the central laboratory.
